  • •Manage and ensure execution of corporate security programs and related personnel, including crisis and incident management, intelligence collection, workplace investigations, physical security, threat assessments, and access control.
  • •Identify emerging security risks and recommend and implement mitigation strategies to protect people, assets, and operations.
  • •Prepare and deliver briefings on security-related matters to business leaders and stakeholders to support risk management decisions.
  • •Coordinate and manage security projects and initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.
  • •Lead internal and external security investigations and partner with law enforcement and internal stakeholders to resolve security incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressive experience in threat/vulnerability management, crisis management, risk compliance, identity/access management, or related fields.
  • •2 years of experience in a leadership role including team development and management.
  • •Prior law enforcement experience or significant corporate security experience.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
  • •Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a demanding environment.
