Job Summary

Own the monthly management accounts for Infosum legal entities within the WPP EMEA Group, ensuring accurate reconciliations to the trial balance. Lead month-end and year-end variance analysis against budget and forecast, provide exception reporting, and resolve post month-end queries. Support group reporting submissions and quarterly/year-end reporting packs, maintain ICFR compliance, and assist with SOX and interim/audit documentation while improving processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare monthly management accounts and reconcile balances to the trial balance.
•Post journals, including accruals and salary postings, in line with IFRS.
•Lead monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast with exception reporting.
•Own month-end reporting packs and ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
•Support SOX and interim/year-end audits and help prepare UK tax filings (and support non-UK entities with advisers).

Key Requirements

•CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified.
•Strong Excel skills for analyzing, manipulating, and presenting financial data.
•Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
•Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills with effective stakeholder management.
