Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly management accounts and reconcile balances to the trial balance.
  • •Post journals, including accruals and salary postings, in line with IFRS.
  • •Lead monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast with exception reporting.
  • •Own month-end reporting packs and ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
  • •Support SOX and interim/year-end audits and help prepare UK tax filings (and support non-UK entities with advisers).

Key Requirements

  • •CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • •Strong Excel skills for analyzing, manipulating, and presenting financial data.
  • •Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • •Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills with effective stakeholder management.
