Job Summary

Own customer delivery engagements within SAP’s Enterprise Cloud Services, acting as the main escalation contact and trusted advisor for fixed-scope, proactive services. Coordinate across internal SAP teams, ECS partners, and customer system integrators to drive cloud transformation toward S/4HANA, manage service plans and support requests, and ensure contract adherence, governance, reporting, and commercial change requests are handled timely.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the cloud transformation agenda with key client stakeholders to ensure adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization.
•Lead the customer engagement and ensure seamless alignment across internal SAP teams, ECS partners, and customer/system integrators.
•Perform engagement administrative tasks including staffing, reporting, and controlling.
•Manage proactive delivery of service plans and reactive support requests, including hosting status and governance meetings.
•Drive end-to-end engagement outcomes including commercial responsibility (costs/profitability), change request management, customer reporting, invoicing, and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management or SAP Operations.
•Minimum 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
