Senior Human Resources Generalist (Onsite)

Provide day-to-day HR partnership for a manufacturing plant, supporting staffing, employee relations, training, and compliance. Coach leaders on HR programs and complex employee-relations issues, implement employee-relations policies, and manage HR activities across EEO compliance, unemployment/litigation support, retention, and severance. Partner with HR peers and cross-functional teams (Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Legal) and support recruitment pipelines and analytical reporting to drive business decisions.
