Key Responsibilities

  • •Function as the Marketing Cloud subject matter expert for technical and operational configuration and customer needs.
  • •Serve as the single point of customer accountability for orchestration of Signature deliverables, experience, and renewal/expansion.
  • •Cultivate stakeholder relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers.
  • •Coordinate Signature Success catalog services, provide timely feature guidance, and advise on adoption of new annual release features while identifying risks.
  • •Act as an advocate during triage and resolution of high severity cases; conduct quarterly reviews to recommend releases that improve stability and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Customer Success Management, SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology consulting, or solutions architecture.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence effectively at executive and C-level.
  • •Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms, including mapping business requirements to technical features.
  • •Experience coordinating work with high volume and/or key customer events and driving resolution of customer needs or projects across teams.
  • •Preferred: +2 years in the Salesforce ecosystem and/or Salesforce product certifications (listed in posting) as a plus.
