Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting outputs, including data validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis for assigned platforms and non-investment entities.
  • •Support budget monitoring and planning activities, including preparation and consolidation of business plan and budget submissions, and documenting approved budget movements and revisions.
  • •Manage outsourced bookkeeping operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, ensuring accurate delivery aligned to controls and month-end close timelines.
  • •Oversee ICFR requirements and perform periodic ICFR system access-control reviews, validating user access and managing segregation-of-duties conflicts and control evidence.
  • •Support reporting system enhancements and maintain audit-ready working papers, reconciliation checklists, and process documentation to improve data quality and stabilize reporting outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • •Qualified accountant with a recognised professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CA, or CPA).
  • •8+ years of relevant finance experience across management reporting, budgeting, accounting, or financial control, including audit or assurance experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM (or equivalent ERP and planning systems).
  • •Strong technical and analytical skills to validate data, explain variances, and support month-end close and financial control.
