Lead Growth Analyst - Marketing Analytics

Build and maintain growth narratives and the analytics infrastructure behind global and regional marketing insights. Own the technical foundations for automated marketing/financial deep-dives, including payback and unit-economics models and adoption tools such as Lightdash reporting and Streamlit apps. Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to translate business needs into scalable data products, ensuring pristine data quality and driving measurable improvements in growth decisions.
