Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide ongoing support to the Customer Services & Aftersales Director for reporting, numbers, and collection management.
  • •Manage JOOR globally: coordinate sales campaigns, ensure timely setup and access, provide JOOR training, and act as main point of contact for issues/enhancements.
  • •Maintain collection calendar inputs and manage collection timing, including date mapping and activity tracking for date changes after production collection launch.
  • •Handle collection/order amendments and cancellations, and provide full account management for Press, Marketing, MTO, Cinderella, and Special orders.
  • •Publish weekly retiming reporting globally (including a summary to CEO and senior management) and monitor/report department budget spending.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate calibre individual.
  • •Experience in a demanding administration department, preferably international and advantageous in the luxury sector.
  • •Understanding of logistics and supply chain.
  • •Customer service experience, preferably from the seasonal fashion industry.
  • •Highly accurate and detail-oriented with strong organisation, prioritisation, communication, and ability to work independently under pressure.
