Key Responsibilities

  • •Help create an AI-literate Data Management team and collaborate with analytics teams on key data considerations.
  • •Identify and evolve data management principles and governance frameworks to support safe, scaled AI and regulatory needs.
  • •Operationalise AI within the Data Management Team and lead near-term value unlocks for end-user self-serve.
  • •Provide technical leadership for convergence migration across data storage, definitions, lineage, quality, modelling, and access/consumption.
  • •Coordinate migration factors (access profiles, metadata/data quality rules) and coach associates on data management responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding of data management and data risk management fundamentals, including policy compliance frameworks.
  • •Ability to apply AI technologies to drive operational efficiencies with appropriate guardrails.
  • •Basic operational knowledge of cloud data ecosystems, including AWS infrastructure or modern analytical data warehouses.
  • •Experience supporting the data management lifecycle (registration, usage, quality, retention, and external data sharing).
  • •Experience executing data management assessments through control performance or participating in 2nd/3rd-line business reviews.
