Job Summary

Own the product finance accounting, reconciliation, and financial governance foundation across payments, issuing, acquiring, FX, intercompany flows, and wallet infrastructure. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Treasury to ensure new launches and revenue models are built on sound accounting, controls, and US GAAP alignment. Lead reconciliation transformation through AI and automation, drive T+3 close standards, manage risk monitoring, and build scalable cost and reporting engines.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI-based reconciliation tools and automated workflows across cash, intercompany, AR, and treasury operations.
•Own product accounting for fund flows, payment clearing, issuing revenue, acquiring settlements, rebate netting, FX revaluation, and intercompany rebalancing with consistent treatment across entities.
•Run fee governance and revenue integrity for new fee types and revenue models, maintaining an auditable governance framework aligned to US GAAP and local requirements.
•Lead reconciliation and financial operations execution (bank statement access, break resolution, and close-related tasks) and drive toward T+3 close standards with fewer open breaks.
•Build scalable finance capabilities including a cost engine (cost drivers, allocation logic, data sources) and reconcile FR/MR topline figures; support FX hub and treasury accounting design.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive finance experience with exposure to payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure; product finance or financial operations leadership is preferred.
•Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or related).
•CA/CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
•Strong product accounting depth across clearing, settlement, FX revaluation, intercompany, and revenue recognition.
•Experienced people manager able to build a team of managers and individual contributors and communicate accounting positions clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
