Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead a retail sales team in-store by driving memorable customer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. You’ll model effective selling strategies, coach and delegate day-to-day team activities, and partner with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals. The role includes key-holder responsibilities such as opening/closing, cash handling, store recovery, and asset protection, while assisting across POS, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
