Branch Leader- Charlestown Crossing

Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, managing, and team engagement routines. Grow branch revenue by expanding Small Business expertise and Mass Affluent relationships through client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, ethics, and complete required training. Oversee human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, reviews, and performance counseling.
