  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through leading, coaching and managing.
  • •Drive business development and deliver strong team and individual performance across Small Business, Mass Affluent, Community Heroes, and Integrated Relationship Management partnership.
  • •Drive branch revenue through Small Business development and new client strategies, including face-to-face appointments and outbound calling.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and complete required training for the team.

Key Requirements
