Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up Measure Quality Assurance processes for materials, fabrication and Deret scope; draft control procedures, specifications and audit criteria; implement audit grids.
  • •Conduct partner audits across France and Italy (garment pieces, fabrics, silk, leather, knitwear); audit production lines and end-of-line controls.
  • •Provide quality support in production; analyze quality risks and approve materials/components during development; liaise with Qualitex and Deret platforms for inspections.
  • •Define governance for Measure Quality with partners and the Pole; create dashboards and reporting; coordinate with Hermes Quality Network.
  • •Identify risk suppliers, drive corrective action plans, and deploy quality tools and improvement initiatives across the network.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in quality management for apparel manufacturing.
  • •Proven experience implementing QA systems and audit programs (e.g., supplier audits, process controls).
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
  • •Knowledge of materials such as fabrics, silk, leather, and trims; experience with Deret and Qualitex platforms.
  • •Strong governance, reporting, and documentation skills.
