Job Summary

Lead the establishment and execution of Quality Assurance for measurement and order-related quality in apparel production, covering fabrics, garments, silk, leather, and knits. Manage audits, supplier and contractor quality, risk assessments, governance and reporting, and drive continuous improvement across France and Italy with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up Measure Quality Assurance processes for materials, fabrication and Deret scope; draft control procedures, specifications and audit criteria; implement audit grids.
•Conduct partner audits across France and Italy (garment pieces, fabrics, silk, leather, knitwear); audit production lines and end-of-line controls.
•Provide quality support in production; analyze quality risks and approve materials/components during development; liaise with Qualitex and Deret platforms for inspections.
•Define governance for Measure Quality with partners and the Pole; create dashboards and reporting; coordinate with Hermes Quality Network.
•Identify risk suppliers, drive corrective action plans, and deploy quality tools and improvement initiatives across the network.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of experience in quality management for apparel manufacturing.
•Proven experience implementing QA systems and audit programs (e.g., supplier audits, process controls).
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
•Knowledge of materials such as fabrics, silk, leather, and trims; experience with Deret and Qualitex platforms.
•Strong governance, reporting, and documentation skills.
