Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the team meets monthly collection targets while minimizing risk exposure for the assigned book.
  • •Review debtor reports, arrange client communications for past dues and upcoming installments, and conduct weekly debtor meetings to hit targets.
  • •Follow up on client warnings and liaise with credit control on monthly collection forecasts.
  • •Ensure the collection team updates all activities in CollectSmart with accurate feedback in line with policies and procedures.
  • •Manage the collection and lead chaser team, including objectives tracking, interviews/hiring, coaching/mentoring, and compliance with credit control policy and Bupa procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •3 - 6 years of experience in collections/recovery related work.
  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •Fluent in English/Arabic and very good computer literacy (Word & Excel).
  • •Excellent communication skills (written and speaking).
  • •Good numerical knowledge and ability to work with financial statements.
