Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI security capabilities on the Pathfinder platform.
  • •Synthesize threat research, competitive intelligence, and analyst coverage into AI security product decisions.
  • •Partner with the AI Coworker Security team to define, validate, and iterate requirements for securing AI agents, MCP servers, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
  • •Maintain a deep understanding of the agentic AI ecosystem, including MCP, orchestration frameworks, tool-calling, and prompt injection attack chains.
  • •Drive design partner programs and conduct market research with CISOs, security architects, and IAM engineers to inform roadmap priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • •5+ years of proven product management experience in cybersecurity, identity security, cloud security, or a closely related domain.
  • •Technical understanding of AI/ML systems architecture, including LLM agents, MCP servers, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines.
  • •Ability to synthesize security research such as CVEs, exploit chains, threat intelligence reports, and conference presentations.
  • •Working knowledge of identity security disciplines (PAM, IAM, secrets management, workload identity, and NHI lifecycle management).
