Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with lawyers at current and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges, scope custom requirements, and design tailored Harvey implementations.
  • •Build and refine custom workflows, playbooks, and product configurations within the Harvey platform to ensure scalable, credible solutions.
  • •Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success on post-sale adoption, change management, and account expansion through ongoing legal engineering value.
  • •Act as the voice of the customer by translating legal workflow insights and user feedback into concrete product direction.
  • •Collaborate with Marketing and Legal Innovation to develop Australia- and APAC-relevant content, use cases, and enablement materials for the legal community.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified to practice law in Australia with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.
  • •Ability to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and engage effectively with executive and legal audiences.
  • •Outstanding presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences (e.g., product demonstrations or impromptu explanations).
  • •Strong understanding of legal processes and workflows relevant to the Australia legal market, with curiosity about how AI can transform them.
  • •Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and willingness to ship solutions and iterate quickly at an early-stage company.
