Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Dry Etch TIQ area domain expert, partnering with global Micron FABs and suppliers to drive TIQ improvement.
  • •Lead initiatives to achieve BIC TIQ performance by aligning cost and schedule goals with corporate business objectives.
  • •Define and refine core TIQ methodologies and tools for business processes, including reporting and periodic performance updates.
  • •Create, maintain, and track strategic roadmaps with schedule and cost metrics aligned to BIC targets; drive peer group alignment.
  • •Review site TIQ performance, identify gaps and opportunities, lead improvement projects, and update TIQ documentation and specifications based on lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters or Bachelor or equivalent experience in engineering.
  • •3+ years of experience with tool installation of Dry Etch equipment.
  • •Preferred hands-on experience in cost management.
  • •Good communication in English.
