Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase requests, purchase orders, supplier selection, and order tracking.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements, specifications, budgets, and delivery timelines.
  • •Source products and services from qualified suppliers via research, competitive quotes, tenders, and negotiations.
  • •Prepare and evaluate requests for quotation, proposals, and other procurement documents, comparing pricing, quality, lead times, and terms.
  • •Maintain procurement records and contracts, coordinate with Finance for invoice matching and payment processing, and monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt.

  • •Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, vendor management, or a similar role.
