•Lead and grow a diverse engineering team across backend, fullstack, and ML/GenAI.
•Drive development of customer acquisition, personalization, CRM, and data/AI capabilities that improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
•Define and evolve architecture across backend, data, and ML/AI systems in collaboration with principal engineers.
•Enable the team to build and operate ML/LLM-based production systems, including pipelines, model integration, and evaluation.
•Ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-awareness through KPIs/SLOs, observability improvements, and incident response.
