Job Summary

Support and lead product regulatory and safety compliance for the Navico Group product portfolio. Ensure conformity with international frameworks for marine, RV, and off-highway markets, coordinating testing and certification with third parties. Interpret evolving regulations, maintain compliance documentation (including Technical Construction Files), and provide guidance and internal training. Work cross-functionally with engineering teams and participate in regulatory and internal audits, including support for field issues and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute product compliance activities for assigned products to align with global market requirements.
•Ensure conformity with international regulatory frameworks, including applicable CE/FCC/ISED and safety standards for marine and RV markets.
•Coordinate testing and certification with third-party labs, notified bodies, and certification agencies.
•Interpret and monitor evolving international regulations and assess impacts on current and future products.
•Prepare, review, and maintain compliance documentation (TCFs, declarations, labeling specifications, and certification dossiers) and support audits and compliance training.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in product compliance, certification, testing, or regulatory engineering.
•Familiarity with marine and/or RV regulatory environments and use cases.
•Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and safety standards.
•Excellent English communication and technical writing skills, with ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization.
