Automation Service Engineer I/II, Oncology

Provide onsite service support for laboratory automation and instrumentation used in Next Generation Sequencing workflows. You’ll troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis, execute installation and process qualifications for new equipment, coordinate maintenance with Quality Control documentation requirements, and partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve lab processes. The role includes maintaining equipment parts inventory and records while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated environment.
