Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to on-site emergencies and provide first aid for minor injuries.
  • •Deliver individualized or group injury prevention education and treatment.
  • •Coach employees on behavior change, safety, and injury prevention through personalized guidance.
  • •Participate in emergency response drills and regular site safety walks.
  • •Perform inspections of safety equipment, including AEDs, safety showers, and spill kits.

Key Requirements

  • •Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively in urgent situations
  • •Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and positively represent Ramp Health
  • •Preferred: CPR/AED Instructor Certification
  • •1+ years coaching experience in fitness, wellness, or occupational health
