Job Summary

Lead and oversee FF&E and OS&E across the hospitality portfolio, setting standards, governance and delivery frameworks from design through operational readiness. Manage budgets, scheduling, procurement, logistics and handover, coordinating with operators, consultants and suppliers to ensure high-quality guest experiences aligned with Qiddiya’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee FF&E and OS&E cross-functional delivery planning from design, budget through to operational readiness, including sequencing, logistics considerations, quality assurance and readiness validation aligned with development timelines.
•Provide FF&E and OS&E functional direction on hospitality development integration requirements, ensuring alignment of operational priorities, implementation considerations and coordinated execution.
•Lead the development, standardization and continuous refinement of FF&E and OS&E operational frameworks, methodologies and delivery approaches to enable consistent and scalable hospitality development execution.
•Manage functional interfaces and cross-disciplinary coordination to support effective communication, mitigate interface risks and enable integrated decision-making across internal and external stakeholders.
•Guide FF&E and OS&E operational enhancement initiatives, capability development and knowledge-sharing practices to improve delivery effectiveness and maintain consistent implementation standards.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in written and spoken English, with Arabic proficiency preferred
•Ability to interpret complex information and analysis to guide functional strategy and decision-making
•Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building with internal and external partners
