Key Responsibilities

•Own and deliver retail payments initiatives, ensure quality deliverables and outcome which meet internal and external customers’ requirements.
•Define and execute product strategy and KPIs that improve customer experience, drive adoption and revenue, streamline end-to-end journeys, sustain business growth and competitiveness of retail payment products and services.
•Lead product lifecycle management from discovery and business case through delivery, launch and post-launch performance optimization, ensuring clear value propositions, measurable outcome and continuous monitoring for improvement.
•Liaise with various stakeholders across the business to manage initiatives to address the changing customer and business needs.
•Drive customer centric digital payment journey. Enrich customer engagement via commercialization of payment capabilities and throughout customer lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•University Degree or other relevant post graduate qualification
•Minimum 7 years’ experience in retail product management or related, prior experience in digital, payment, platform development or multi-functional projects would be an asset
•Product owner demonstrates strong project management capability, outcome focus with adaptability and ability to work with minimal supervision
•Numerate, positive, flexible and self-motivated individual
•Strong business acumen and analytic skills, able to navigate conflicting priorities
