Key Responsibilities

  • •Support digital innovation and automation initiatives across the Europe North region.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • •Assist with development, testing, and deployment of digital solutions and automation tools.
  • •Provide guidance and support for digital workplace queries and best-practice technology use.
  • •Create training and documentation (user guides, knowledge articles, videos) and deliver GDPR and induction training sessions.
