Job Summary

Lead architecture engagements that go beyond implementation to organizational transformation. Deliver discovery, analysis, and design workshops, scope pilot and production deployments, and guide application prototype development using modern practices and emerging open source technologies. Work across microservices, API management, web-scale architectures, and DevOps delivery with container-based continuous delivery. Act as a trusted adviser, coach teams, contribute to reference architectures and best practices, and support pre-sales and post-sales technical efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver discovery, analysis, and design workshops that shape customer use cases and architecture decisions for small to medium teams.
•Scope delivery projects and guide customers through pilot and production deployments.
•Lead architecture, design, and implementation of application prototypes using modern application development practices and open source technologies.
•Cover domains including microservices, API management, web-scale architectures, DevOps engineering, and container-based continuous delivery using OpenShift, cloud automation, and Everything as Code.
•Coach teams on technical and non-technical skills, present strategies and roadmaps to stakeholders, and support pre-sales and post-sales field teams.

Key Requirements

•At least 20 years of experience building and leading large-scale software applications.
•Experience setting up Kafka and working with Service Mesh technologies such as Istio for microservices traffic management, security, and observability.
•Hands-on experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and building web applications.
•Experience onboarding applications into Kubernetes and ensuring best practices are followed.
•Knowledge of OpenShift versions and experience handling customers directly for more than 10 years.
