Job Summary

Own overall program performance across schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction for complex defense/aerospace efforts. Lead program execution from inception through design, development, production, and sustainment, including integrated master scheduling, risk identification/mitigation, corrective actions, and monthly reporting to senior leadership. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams, support bid/proposal growth activities, manage contract budgets, and track financial forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop trusted customer relationships and take ownership of program performance across schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.
•Direct all phases of the program from inception through completion, including design, development, production, and sustainment.
•Lead the program team and hold self and team accountable for successful execution and program performance.
•Build and maintain integrated master schedules; monitor adherence to master plans, identify problems, and direct resource allocation.
•Manage budgets and forecasts, establish corrective action plans, identify/assess/mitigate risks, and report program status to senior management monthly.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred).
•Minimum 10 years of program performance and/or management-related experience.
•Demonstrated experience managing complex aerospace/defense programs.
•Experience with earned value cost accounting, reporting, and metrics for program progress and variance analysis.
•Ability to coordinate and work with cross-functional teams and communicate status to leadership.
