  • •Settle first-party automobile, third-party clear liability automobile, and low-severity property claims within limits of authority.
  • •Contact policyholders and/or claimants, verify coverage, set reserves, and set up and issue payments using approved methods.
  • •Establish and maintain contact with all parties involved in the claim in accordance with company expectations.
  • •Handle inquiries from policyholders, agents, insurance carriers, claimants, and others; enter loss information into the claims system.
