Job Summary

Drive commercial banking growth by identifying target markets and building a new book of business through complex loan origination, underwriting, negotiation, and closing. Manage customer relationships to develop business checking and deposit relationships, advise on deposit products, and analyze market and client information. Partner with treasury teams to deliver seamless experiences, coordinate loan processing, and represent the bank in community and reinvestment activities. Up to 50% travel required.

•Identify target markets and develop new business relationships to establish a book of business.
•Negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate closing of major and complex loans in compliance with lending policies and procedures.
•Develop business checking and deposit relationships and recommend appropriate deposit products based on client information.
•Gather and present financing requests to senior management or the Loan Committee; recommend acceptance and coordinate approved loan processing.
•Represent the bank in community/civic/community reinvestment functions and maintain superior knowledge of industry trends.

•Advanced relationship management, organizational/time management, and strong speaking/writing communication skills.
