•Build relationships with residents, their families and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses

Salary: GBP 13.45 hourly

•Completed / working towards an NVQ3 in care (or equivalent qualification)
•Motivated, positive with strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a close-knit team

•Commitment to delivering personalised, dignified care and building relationships with residents and families
