Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning and execution of theatrical audience research screenings, including scheduling, logistics, audience recruitment, and day-of operations.
  • •Partner with external research agencies to recruit representative audiences and execute screenings.
  • •Coordinate with Production, Marketing, Creative Strategy & Research, and filmmakers throughout the screening lifecycle.
  • •Oversee screening logistics, communications, venue readiness, attendee management, and operational execution.
  • •Synthesize research findings into key themes and recommendations and present results to filmmakers and senior leadership.
