•Provide innovation methodology and coaching to teams to succeed in innovation sprints.
•Take ownership of the Innovation Council and coach teams receiving seed funding from the Council.
•Accompany teams through their innovation journey, resolving obstacles and enabling collaboration across Allianz and external partners.
•Collect and aggregate learnings from innovation sprints to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
•Make proactive recommendations for systemic changes to accelerate innovation and foster a culture of experimentation and learning.
