Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute technical and clinical product strategies for healthcare billing and revenue-cycle management tooling.
  • •Act as primary product contact for clients, tailoring deployments to real-world hospital/clinic workflows and ensuring measurable benefits.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to define requirements, manage deliverables, and maintain product quality across the lifecycle.
  • •Establish processes and OKRs for product operations, quality assurance, and business growth.
  • •Gather and translate customer feedback into product improvements, tools, and metrics to measure effectiveness and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
