Job Summary

Lead the development of AI-powered provider tools within a hybrid Mountain View team, translating complex healthcare billing challenges into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Own strategy from idea to deployment, immerse onsite with clinicians, and coordinate with AI/ML engineers, designers, and clinical stakeholders to deliver high-impact revenue-cycle improvements and adoption at major health systems. You will also lead a small team of PMs and regularly engage with COOs, CSOs, and CIOs to articulate vision and impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute technical and clinical product strategies for healthcare billing and revenue-cycle management tooling.
•Act as primary product contact for clients, tailoring deployments to real-world hospital/clinic workflows and ensuring measurable benefits.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to define requirements, manage deliverables, and maintain product quality across the lifecycle.
•Establish processes and OKRs for product operations, quality assurance, and business growth.
•Gather and translate customer feedback into product improvements, tools, and metrics to measure effectiveness and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
•Professional experience in Product Management
•Strong ability to translate concepts into scalable AI solutions with healthcare workflow integration
•Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams (AI/ML, design, clinical stakeholders)
•Ownership mindset and ability to communicate product vision to executives (COOs, CSOs, CIOs)
