Claim Specialist II, Reinsurance

Administer and coordinate enterprise-assumed and ceded reinsurance treaties and programs by analyzing treaties and claims, validating coverage and contract terms, and driving resolution of disputed matters. Serve as primary contact for ceding companies, reinsurers, brokers, and third-party administrators, including cash/letter of credit handling, reserve and billing changes, and monitoring claims to closure. Produce reinsurance and management reports, support fraud/subrogation efforts, and deliver exceptional customer service while working remotely with occasional travel.
