Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of professional civil engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • •Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional registration in the GCC region or an internationally recognized equivalent.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure design, construction, and rehabilitation (treatment facilities, distribution systems, collection networks, and hydraulic infrastructure).
  • •Experience providing technical direction and mentoring to engineering technicians, drafters, and surveyors, plus strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
