Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver an excellent client experience across all new project lifecycles for external and internal customers.
  • •Provide regular reporting on technical and new solutions performance to AIBMS Senior Management and shareholders.
  • •Oversee business implementation and AIBMS regulatory obligations relating to scheme and platform compliance.
  • •Lead, develop, and inspire the AIBMS Solutions team to deliver new solutions, annual targets, and KPIs.
  • •Represent Solutions across relevant risk, projects and change, and steering committees, and participate in pricing decisions.

  • •Previous experience in a senior project management or solutions delivery role within a merchant acquiring business.
