Key Responsibilities

•Drive and execute VIS/VCA strategy in Mexico by capitalizing on regional opportunities.
•Lead consulting implementation initiatives end-to-end, ensuring delivery quality, timeline adherence, and budget compliance.
•Serve as senior escalation authority and executive sponsor for complex, high-risk, or strategic client programs.
•Champion adoption of AI-enabled delivery tools, automation platforms, and modern project management practices.
•Lead, coach, and develop an implementation team, and build a high-performance team culture.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of work experience, or 8+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s/MBA/JD/MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.
•5+ years of payments industry experience, preferably managing cards portfolios, and relevant consulting payments management experience.
•Strong command of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira), with PMP (Project Management Professional).
•Experience implementing complex projects requiring coordination across functional teams.
•Fluent English and Spanish, with executive communication and presentation skills.
