Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure proper setup of presses to attain production rates with minimal scrap.
  • •Supply and stir ink wells as necessary and clean ink bowls for upcoming runs.
  • •Monitor and ensure print quality, including performing first-piece inspections for every work order.
  • •Perform plate changes, size changes, and color matching using ColorCert, Chroma QA, and the Pantone color book.
  • •Wash print blankets and plates as necessary; maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety, environmental, and department of health requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • •Prior printing experience with good mechanical ability.
