Senior Team Leader - Emiratisation (Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, AE)

Lead Emiratisation initiatives by supervising recruitment activities across attraction, selection, development, and stakeholder engagement for UAE Nationals. Coordinate candidate sourcing, pipelines, and internal talent actions to support Emiratisation targets. Organize UAE National recruitment events (career fairs, conferences, workshops, institution visits) and maintain accurate recruitment, engagement, and development management information. Manage self and team in line with people management policies to maximize performance and contribution to business goals.
