Senior Software Engineer - Data Lake Ingestion

Build and scale hybrid data ingestion systems that move Robinhood operational data into the data lake. You’ll design CDC, snapshot, and streaming ingestion using Kafka and Apache Flink, migrate legacy pipelines, and focus on performance, schema evolution, and validation. Partner with platform teams and downstream data consumers to improve reliability, monitoring, onboarding tooling, and implement access controls and PII/retention workflows. Guide technical designs and mentor engineers.
