Job Summary

Support the Global Capital Markets (GCM) Finance team for the Institutional Broker Dealer by leading legal entity forecasting across income statement, balance sheet, cash flows, and regulatory capital metrics. Build driver-based models that translate trading, repo, and underwriting activity into forward-looking insights on net capital adequacy, liquidity, funding needs, and growth capacity. Partner with Treasury and Risk, enhance forecast reporting/dashboards, and drive automation to reduce manual work.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead legal entity level forecasting for the Institutional Broker Dealer across income statement, balance sheet, cash flows, and key regulatory capital metrics.
•Build and maintain driver based models linking business activity to P&L, balance sheet usage, funding requirements, and net capital impact.
•Identify and explain key drivers of net capital, balance sheet consumption, and growth capacity.
•Provide forward looking insights on performance trends, risks, and capital constraints to senior stakeholders.
•Partner with Treasury and Risk and enhance forecast reporting/dashboards, including driving automation and scalable processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,605 - 131,300 annually
