Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability by recording use, wear, and conditions of company and procured assets.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
•EPA Certification.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
•Ability to follow blueprints or engineering specifications while diagnosing and repairing HVAC units.
