Sales Associate

Serve as the first point of contact for in-store and phone customers, delivering exceptional customer service while processing sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and payments. Maintain store readiness through stocking, merchandising, cleanliness, and safe shopping practices, and support inbound inventory tasks. Build product knowledge, identify new business opportunities, and help resolve issues by communicating with internal teams and learning systems like BisTrack and POS.
