Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the Nordics, influencing key priorities.
  • •Strengthen leadership teams through coaching and development of senior leaders.
  • •Act as a change agent as the business reshapes to deliver customer and employee experience.
  • •Lead complex HR initiatives including retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning, and leadership development.
  • •Partner with COEs and regional HR teams to deliver seamless HR processes, policies, and programs across the Nordics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 8+ years of related HRBP experience, or a Master’s degree plus 6+ years.
  • •Demonstrated track record building effective relationships across all organizational levels and diverse client groups, ideally in Nordic markets.
  • •Strong business acumen and ability to drive major initiatives by influencing decision-makers at all levels.
  • •Ability to anticipate needs, diagnose organizational development issues, and handle organizational development challenges successfully.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English required); Nordic language(s) are a plus.
