Key Responsibilities

  • •Implementierung und Pflege eines FMEA-Standards für Metall- und Kunststoffbereiche gemäß AIAG/VDA
  • •Durchführung von D-FMEA und P-FMEA sowie Moderation der relevanten Bereiche
  • •Reporting und Reverse FMEA in APIS IQ-FMEA 8.0 inkl. Aktualisierung bestehender FMEAs (z. B. bei Reklamationen und Prozessänderungen)
  • •Unterstützung technischer Fachbereiche bei Kunden- und Systemaudits sowie Organisation und Durchführung von Line Walks
  • •Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte, Koordination von Versuchen sowie Auslegung von Maschinenteilen und Werkzeugen für die Kaltumformung

Key Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • •Berufserfahrung in FMEA, Engineering, Prozessentwicklung oder Qualitätsplanung (idealerweise Metall- und/oder Kunststoffverarbeitung)
  • •Sehr gute Kenntnisse des harmonisierten AIAG/VDA-FMEA-Standards
  • •Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit APIS IQ-FMEA 8.0
