Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct technical support to engineering and contractor customers using TRACE and other C.D.S. tools.
  • •Mentor other C.D.S. support engineers on technical issues, software questions, and HVAC knowledge.
  • •Act as a subject-matter expert for assigned HVAC systems and special assignments.
  • •Assist with TRACE product development by contributing to requirements and the VOC pipeline via support channels.
  • •Execute regression, functional, user-acceptance, and data tests; train internal and external customers on new/released features.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related field, preferred with at least 5 years’ experience in new product development or related engineering/MEP work.
  • •Expert knowledge of HVAC products and systems, plus familiarity with building energy modeling tools.
  • •Strong computer skills using MS Office Suite and other Windows programs.
  • •Experience in a customer-facing technical role with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • •Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit and experience with AI models.
