Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver employee training programs across USCIS OSI organizational levels, groups, offices, directorates, and participants.
  • •Identify skill/knowledge gaps and create training content, modules, and objectives for in-class and virtual delivery.
  • •Create and maintain course content, manuals, and other training materials, and assess training impact through measuring understanding.
  • •Train designated USCIS employees in AdHoc roles (e.g., User Manager, Alert Publisher/Manager, Organization Administrators, Accountability Officers) and provide PENS business rules training (e.g., Alert Folders, Template Creation, Distribution lists).
  • •Schedule standard monthly training sessions, conduct office/directorate trainings as requested, and track training completion progress; liaise with BlackBerry master trainers on training standards and packages.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School diploma/GED.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of training experience leading in-class and virtual instruction.
  • •Instructional design skills plus Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Word and Teams.
  • •Ability to successfully complete a criminal and credit history background check.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability determination, with strong public speaking skills.
