Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support and administration for SCCM, focusing on application deployment, patch management, and system updates.
•Develop, test, and implement SCCM configurations to streamline and enhance patch and application delivery processes.
•Monitor and optimize SCCM performance and efficiency, identifying improvement opportunities for deployment workflows.
•Manage the creation and deployment of software packages, updates, and security patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM, including client installation, patch deployment failures, and reporting discrepancies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in computer engineer or equivalent.
•Basic Networking knowledge.
•Windows Client/Server OS administration knowledge.
•VMware knowledge.
•Certifications related to Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, SCCM-related certifications) are an advantage.
