Shop Foreman

Supervise hourly associates in a Carvana Inspection Center to safely move vehicles for repairs while meeting production and quality targets. Oversee day-to-day operations, coach and performance-manage your team, prevent and resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to policies and standards. Review and approve vehicle defects, lead repairs or rejections with the General Manager, and train associates using Quality Control standards to reduce rework and delays.
