Lead and direct concurrent client projects, and support larger-scale programs spanning multiple business areas, geographies, and technologies. Drive delivery from original concept through final implementation and handover to Operations, serving as a single point of contact for the client. Manage scope, change, budget, quality, risks, issues, and escalations while ensuring clear communications and contributing to pre-sales scoping, proposals, and solution positioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects, and coordinate multiple related projects within a program to achieve business objectives.
•Interface with project stakeholders to take engagements from original concept through final implementation and handover to Operations.
•Ensure client satisfaction by managing escalations and acting as a single point of contact to the client.
•Manage delivery within baselined budget and on-time execution, maintaining quality criteria, scope control, and change management.
•Document and manage risks and issues, coordinate project teams through task delegation and resource assignment, and support pre-sales scoping and proposals.

Key Requirements

•Advanced project management skills to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear communications to stakeholders.
•Strong competency in project/program change management and understanding of the project/program life cycle.
•Advanced demonstrated project/program management experience in a multinational professional services environment.
